At present there are no known network problems. As always, should you believe that you are experiencing some troubles, we ask that you contact our technical support hotline at 06371-946-0. Press 4 with a touch tone phone. Our tech support hours are monday through friday from 14-1900 hours. Voice technical support is closed on weekend and German holidays.
